Why the Saudi-Turkish rapprochement is stalling

The Saudi-Turkish rapprochement appears to have stagnated despite initially promising signs. Although Ankara is struggling to interpret the conflicting messages it is receiving from Riyadh, it is continuing to openly express its desire to push forward with improving bilateral relations.
