Why Iraq wants end to UN documenting of IS crimes

In a quiet, bureaucratic meeting on Sept. 15, the United Nations Security Council gave notice that an internationally supported effort to document the crimes committed in Iraq by members of the Islamic State group (IS) will end next year.
