Military cooperation between Moscow and Tehran has reached an unprecedented level following Russia's invasion of Ukraine and the eruption of the Gaza war. While short of a military alliance, the growing partnership has raised concerns among Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states. Will deepend Russian involvement in the region with Iran—and Iranian allies—negatively affect Moscow’s ties with Gulf Arab capitals?
