The story: Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, the diplomatic affairs advisor to Bahrain's king, lashed out against Qatar saying that “the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) made many key steps for joint action, but it faced many challenges and obstacles from Qatar”. In a Twitter thread he published on Feb. 12, Khalifa chronologically listed instances of when Doha “jeopardized historical fraternal ties among GCC countries”.
