EU top negotiator arrives in Tehran for last-ditch effort to save nuclear deal

The story: EU deputy foreign policy chief Enrique Mora is in Tehran for a four-day visit. The trip is seen by some as a final push to salvage efforts to revive the 2015 Iran nuclear deal. This comes as seemingly insurmountable political differences between Tehran and Washington threaten to derail the talks.
