The story: Gulf Arab leaders have visited Britain to offer their condolences on Queen Elizabeth’s passing to King Charles III. Qatar’s Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and Bahrain’s King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa traveled to London at the head of high-ranking delegations, as did Oman’s Sultan Haitham bin Tareq Al Said.
