The story: Iran says it has foiled a major plot by Israel to sabotage its missile program by introducing defective parts into production lines. One Iranian defense official has claimed that the alleged scheme was nearly a decade in the making and would have caused some 19M USD in damage had it not been thwarted.

Importantly, some experts have pointed out that the sabotaged components “look a lot like” Russian-made gear. If accurate, the latter could indicate that the Mossad spy agency has penetrated Moscow’s military supply line to Tehran, with unpredictable consequences.
