Leaking of IRGC audio tape fuels speculations of political infighting

The story: In the latest leak involving Iran’s security establishment, a controversial audio recording has emerged of a conversation between former Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) chief commander Mohammad Ali (Aziz) Jafari and a key deputy about corruption linked to the elite force.

Amid muted reactions in Iranian media, Reformists have called for accountability while conservative figures have downplayed the significance of the recording.
