The story: Iran’s judiciary chief is visiting Iraq. Ebrahim Raisi’s Feb. 9 trip is geared to take joint legal action against the US over its assassination of Iranian Quds Force commander Qasem Soleimani in Baghdad last year. Raisi’s meeting with his Iraqi counterpart Faik Zaidan has resulted in the signing of three memoranda of understanding.
