Iran's FM briefs Arab neighbors as Khamenei endorses JCPOA talks

The story: Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei has implicitly endorsed the talks in Vienna to revive the 2015 nuclear deal. This comes amid growing optimism that an agreement is possible. While Iranian officials maintain that the west must take the first step to resuscitate the landmark nuclear accord, some in Tehran believe it will not be long before an agreement is reached with world powers. At the same time, Iran's chief diplomat is continuing his efforts to apprise Iran's Arab neighbors of the progress in the negotiations.
