Iran to France: No new parties to the nuclear deal

The story: Iran says the parties to the nuclear deal are unchangeable and the already signed agreement remains non-negotiable. The reaction comes in response to French President Emmanuel Macron's latest proposal. Macron now suggests that Iran’s regional rival Saudi Arabia be included in possible fresh talks over the agreement and that Riyadh’s exclusion from the 2013-15 negotiations leading to it was a “mistake”.
