Iraqi migrants caught in growing EU-Belarus crisis

The story: The plight of Iraqi migrants stranded on the Belarusian border with Lithuania continues to grab the attention of Iraqi media and officials. Over 2,000 Iraqi citizens have been stranded on the frontier in eastern Europe in hopes of crossing into the European Union. Those hopes have dwindled after Lithuanian authorities moved to close the border and other efforts to crack down on illegal immigration.
