Iron Dome deployment in the Gulf sparks mixed reactions

The story: On Jan. 24, Israeli newspaper Haaretz quoted security officials in Tel-Aviv as confirming that the US military will soon deploy Israeli-made Iron Dome missile interceptor batteries in its bases across the Gulf. This is understood to be part of Washington’s defense strategy against possible Iranian attacks. Such a development has triggered mixed reactions by regional media.
