The story: Kuwait’s Emir, Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, has issued a decree to approve the country’s new cabinet. The move follows his Jan. 24 reappointment of Prime Minister Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Sabah, after the latter had submitted his resignation on Jan.13 over the ongoing standoff between the government and parliament. The approved 15-member cabinet only includes four new members.
