The story: Kuwait has hosted a meeting of Arab chief diplomats to discuss a framework to end the ongoing rift between Gulf states and Lebanon. The Kuwaiti foreign minister has announced that the Lebanese response to the framework is a “positive step” toward resolving the diplomatic dispute.
