The story: Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud (MbS) has presented plans for “the Line,” a futuristic linear city that will serve as the hub of the nascent Neom project. The Line is envisioned to eventually house 9M people in 34 km² (13.1 square miles) by the Red Sea.
