Iran says nuclear negotiations to resume amid EU ‘concern’

The story: The European Union's top diplomat has expressed concern about the prolonged pause in the negotiations between Iran and world powers to revive the 2015 nuclear deal. Iran maintains that it is ready to conclude the talks and blames the Joe Biden administration for making "excessive demands" and delaying an agreement. Washington, however, says Tehran seeks concessions "beyond" the scope of the nuclear accord.
