Saudi Arabia, UAE expand social expenditure to offset inflation

The story: Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have rolled out increased social expenditure to offset the impacts of rising inflation. Emiratis and Saudis that fall under certain categories will soon receive additional government stipends. This comes as the UAE is experiencing a slowdown in economic growth, while the Saudi economy is rapidly expanding.
