The story: The Saudi General Entertainment Authority has organized the second Middle Beast Soundstorm music festival, outside Riyadh. Amid high festival attendance and drug seizures, there has been a backlash among some Saudis. The socially-conservative Kingdom has in past years opened cinemas and promoted concerts and sporting events as part of its Vision 2030 agenda.
