The story: Israel has hosted a rare summit between the foreign ministers of Bahrain, Egypt, Morocco, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as well as their Israeli and American counterparts. The top diplomats agreed to form “a regional security architecture to counter Iran” at the event, dubbed the Negev Summit.
