The story: Amid talk of an imminent resumption of nuclear talks in Vienna, Iran’s former foreign minister Mohammad Javad Zarif took to the audio chat app, Clubhouse, to offer his perspective on the future of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
