Are Iran's clerics and generals losing ground on elections?

The story: The influential chief editor of Iran’s Jomhouri Eslami [Islamic Republic] daily has called on clerics and military generals not to run in the country’s June presidential elections. Masih Mohajeri’s message seems to be aimed at two potential candidates: current Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf and judiciary chief Ebrahim Raisi. The former is an ex-commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and the latter is a cleric.
